    This booklet was developed by the Oklahoma Real Estate Contract Form Committee which was created by the legislature in , for the purpose of creating real estate purchase and/or lease contracts and related addenda for use by real estate licensees. The Committee consists of a total of 11 members: three (3) from the Oklahoma Real. The Official text as published incorporates all subsequent amendments to date.
